Founded in 2020, Yalina (Quanzhou) Garment runs 6 production lines and 2 hanging systems, making women’s swimwear, bikinis, yoga and fitness wear, and beach shorts for export. We handle quick-turn small orders as well as stable large-volume orders, with capacity for more than 2.6 million pieces a year.

About Yalina: Specialist Swimwear Manufacturing
Yalina (Quanzhou) Garment Co., Ltd. has operated independently in Jinjiang, Quanzhou, Fujian since 2020. We develop and manufacture women’s swimwear, men’s beach shorts, children’s swimwear, high-stretch yoga wear and fitness apparel under one roof.
Built around quality, efficiency and export delivery standards, our factory has more than 160 staff, including 98 sewing operators and an 8-person in-house pattern and development team, and produces more than 2.6 million pieces a year. Production runs on automatic fabric spreading, laser cutting and smart hanging lines.
Production Floor & Automated Equipment
Our floor runs automatic fabric spreaders, automated and laser cutting systems, automatic button-attaching machines and hanging production lines. A team of 160+, including 98 sewing operators, 8 in-house developers and 40+ in packing and final inspection, keeps the whole process lean.
Main Production Floor
Modern hanging lines and split-line scheduling handle frequent quick-turn small orders as well as bulk orders running into the millions of pieces, without compromising on quality.
R&D Centre & Sample Room
Our pattern makers draft to your fit requirements and the fabric’s stretch, and a dedicated sample room delivers first samples for approval within 3–4 days.
Fabric Warehouse & QC Area
Fabrics are stored under controlled temperature and humidity. We check colour fastness and environmental compliance, and inspect goods to AQL 2.5.
